Janice Russell, CPO-CD, president of Minding Your Matters, will teach a seminar entitled Systemize Your Work Schedule for business professionals who have a high stress level.

The seminar is designed to reduce your stress by addressing how to organize your time in relation to your professional goals.

RALEIGH, NC, February 24, 2010 /University PR News/ -- Janice Russell, CPO-CD, president of Minding Your Matters , will teach a seminar entitled Systemize Your Work Schedule on Thursday, March 25 from 6:30 - 9 p.m. at Meredith College. The seminar will teach attendees how to create a plan to systemize their work schedule. They will also learn how to identify prioritization and scheduling challenges as well as pinpoint appropriate tools to overcome these difficulties.

"Implementing a work schedule will allow you to focus on priorities and reduce the number of 'work fires' you have to put out on a daily basis," says Russell, "and as a result reduce the amount of stress you feel at work."

If you are a business professional who has a high stress level then Systemize Your Work Schedule will reduce your stress by addressing how to organize your time in relation to your professional goals. The seminar will explore erasing procrastination, setting priorities, striving for excellence instead of perfection, and delegating unwanted tasks. By learning to create a flexible and balanced schedule, you will be able to complete work tasks more quickly and create time to spend with family and friends.

The cost of the seminar is $25 and you must register by March 18 at https://www.meredith.edu/community-programs/registration.php
